We offer curb-side delivery as our standard option. Please note, deliveries to remote areas and islands without bridges may incur additional charges. For further details, feel free to reach out to us. If you prefer not to assemble the product yourself, assembly services can be added to your purchase directly on the product page. Should you opt for delivery only, our logistics partner will get in touch to schedule a delivery time, ensuring your product is delivered straight to the curb.

MuteBox One requires two people for the assembly who are ready to get down and get to work! The actual assembly work takes approx. 1.5 hours. 

The assembly tool is included in the package.

For MuteBox Meet you should expect an assembly time of approx. 3 hours with two people.

You will be visited by two of our professional fitters, who will show up with your MuteBox, assemble it, and make sure that it is placed right where you want it. In addition to this, they connect the MuteBox to the nearest electrical outlet (within 3 metres). Finally, they make sure to take all packaging etc away with them, and dispose of it in an environmentally sound manner. It does not get any easier than that!

In case there is no elevator with the required minimum dimensions available, additional fees apply when the MuteBox is assembled on other floor levels than ground floor. Contact us for more information.

All faults and defects that might occur that are not self-inflicted, or due to ordinary wear and tear.

Our MuteBox is designed to reduce sound levels so that you won’t disturb others whilst inside, and won’t be distracted yourself from the noise outside. MuteBox One mutes the sound by 30 dB (A) and MuteBox Meet by as much as 31 dB (A). See further documentation in our Sound test report.
